Congratulations to the 2019 Verna Wright Winners

 The winner of the 2019 Verna Wright Prize for best Oral Presentation (from the Nottingham and Warwick meetings) if Kris McGill Glasgow Caledonian University for his presentation ‘RECRUITMENT CHALLENGES IN STROKE REHABILITATION RANDOMISED CONTROLLED TRIALS (RCTS) – A QUALITATIVE EXPLORATION OF TRIALISTS’ PERSPECTIVES’.

 The winner of the 2019 Verna Wright Prize for best Poster Presentation (from the Nottingham and Warwick meetings) is Kathryn VandenBerg Glasgow Caledonian University for her presentation ‘SUPPORT GROUPS FOR PEOPLE WITH APHASIA: A NATIONAL SURVEY OF THIRD SECTOR GROUP FACILITATORS’.

 Congratulations to both of you as we have had a great deal of presentations this year at the two meetings. Both have been invited to our next meeting to receive their prize of £150 each. If you are an associate member please submit a research abstract for our next meeting and you could be in with a chance to win this prize.
