Programme Director - Learning Services Corporation

The Program Director at Learning Services is the “proprietor’ of the program and, as such, is principally responsible for the overall quality and success of the program. As “proprietor”, the Program Director must possess the leadership qualities necessary to create a program that engenders a sense of pride, belonging and community in its employees, families, customers and residents. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring that an alignment of expectations is clearly established between learning Services, its employees, its customers, and the professional community.

The Program Director is the program based individual who is principally responsible for defining a vision for the program and overseeing the quality of the program’s clinical services and outcomes. Case Managers will report directly to the Program Director and all other clinical personnel will report to the Case Managers. All other program level employees will report to the Program Manager who is principally responsible for the day-to-day management of all program operating and administrative activities.

The Program Director will be directly responsible for communicating with the program’s major referral sources and for screening and approving all admissions to the program.
